I see that you improved your style since few years. Your current drawing has many good points. Here are some suggestions to help you to improve your art <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> :
First, even if you didn't draw background on your 2011 drawing, I think it's really important to draw one. It doesn't have to be perfect, but just enough detailed to give a good impact and vision.
Also, I see that your 2016 drawing seems to be good, but it's hard to judge because of the quality of the picture. You should have scanned it instead of photograph it. Or you can photograph your drawing, but in a clearer space. Also, avoid drawing on a line paper to make your drawing clearer. You can also ink your art and color it. Just some little tips to help you for better pictures. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=" (Wink)"/>
The current eyes seem to be inspired from both manga and realistic styles, I like this concept! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
To make your picture more original, you could change the poses, and draw a background. Only one character without background or anything else doesn't help to make the picture original. You have to put something special in it, something that we never saw before (or rarely see).
You seem to know a little bit the anatomy by looking at the first drawing. My suggestion is to deepen this knowledge to make your art better. Adding some shading will help you to obtain a more 3D art and to make your picture more realistic. Also, think about the thicknessof your lines; your drawing will be more dynamic. ^^
You'll see the progress that you'll make if you deepen anatomy, shading and lines' thickness.
I like the expression of the wolf in both drawings. It gives a nice impact to the one that looks at the picture. Does the wolf is an enemy or not? It's a nice concept! ^^
Finally, I don't think your drawing is bad; there are many good points that I didn't specified. I see that you improved since these few years; you adopted a more cartoon-manga style, and it gives a really cool concept to the picture. The expression of the character is more interesting too. But I suggest you to deepen your knowledge in drawing. You'll see; you will improve your art faster and you'll have more fun to draw! ^^
So continue like this! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
